Q.DOUBLE WHITE PHILADELPHUS
I HAVE THE ABOVE SHRUB & IT IS ABOUT 10 FEET TALL & VERY LEGGY & ONLY FLOWERS ON THE ENDS OF BRANCHES, IT REALLY NEEDS CUTTING DOWN TO GROUND LEVEL, IF I DO THIS WILL IT EVENTUALLY GROW & FLOWER AGAIN.

You can cut the whole thing down to about 6 to 12 inches for a rejuvenation pruning. It probably will skip a season of bloom, but return better than ever.
