Double Knockout roses

Question

Many buds and flowering but lack leaves. Suggestions?

Give all of the rosebushes a feeding with a good well balanced organic rose food and keep them watered well. If the weather has turned hot where you are, it could be a natural thing that the rose drops some foliage and it does not grow back until the weather cools.
