Q.Does rose rosette affect other types of plants
Does the rose rosette disease affect other types of plants in the bed? Is the soil contaminated so as not able to plant any other plants in the spot of the diseased rose bush?

The rose rosette virus is host specific - only roses are susceptible to this disease. You can replant the area with non-rose species immediately.
