Q.Do You Need Proof Squash And Cucumber Cross-polinate?

Zone 61115 | tidwellamanda@gmail.com added on August 28, 2023 | Answered

HeatherRhoades wrote an article saying squash and cucumbers cannot and do not cross pollinate. False! My mother-in-law planted the two next to each other unintentionally. All of the sudden the cross breed vegetable was there evident by photo below. We will be glad to go to the garden, take photos, videos in addition to this photo I am sending. It is not a wives tale. It is not a myth. It is true and we don\’t know how or why it is able to happen but it did and dies so the mystery or legend is true.
