Q.Do You Know What This Could Be?

I have hostas along the north side of my house. Only one of them is like the picture I’m attaching. I dug up one when I noticed it, then planted another one there. Same thing is happening to it. Please help, I don’t want it to spread to the other ones as they are all very healthy. It is only happening in the one location.

This appears to be Southern Blight of Hosta- Very bad for the garden.

This spreads, quickly, and will decimate your Hostas. Removal and treatment will be paramount:
