Q.Do I Need To Trim Back Leaves When My Avocados Start Sprouting?

I am seeing little green balls appear and want to know how to best help them grow.

No, you will leave them as they are. Providing proper nutrients and conditions will be the best way to help them. Pruning at this time can introduce infection, and will be unnecessary at this time.
