Q.Do I Need To Transplant These Bulbs?

We didn’t know what thus was. We were gonna have it removed because it’s been dormant for over 5 yrs. do I need to get a garden stake to prop it up?

It appears to be a pink amaryllis! It looks like stress has forced the bulb into bloom at the wrong time. This could be the plant's last effort to reproduce before dying, but you may have luck with it with proper care.
