Q.Do I Need To Scratch My Mint And It’s Soil?
My pothos, snake plant, and spider plants and soil fell into my raised mint garden. Tried to get all the dropped soil out but wondering if I just need to get rid of mint and garden and start fresh or is it still good to eat.

Rinsing the mint leaves well before consuming should be fine. You also can add a bit of dish soap to the water and swishing the leaves well through that if you are worried. Pothos and snake plant leaves are toxic if ingested, but you won't be eating those.
The only way it might be problematic is if you recently added a systemic pest control (or other soil drench) to your houseplants and lots of soil remained in the mint garden. In that case, some of the pesticide could be absorbed by the mint plants. Here is more about systemic pesticides.
