Q.Do Bug Mites Attack Tiger Lily Bulbs?

The original cluster of lilies did not grow this year. Even lost some of the tulip bulbs. Their were small white snails in with the tulip bulbs & saw some in the area where the tiger lilies are. The lilies are the old-fashioned Orange ones.
