Do Aphids Like Pepper Plants?

My pepper plants are infested with what looks like tiny brown aphids. They are mostly on the center of the plant where the new growth, buds and flowers develop. Also, on the underside of the leaves. What's your opinion?

Typically, aphids will either be a green or bluish color--not brown. Your problem may be with flea beetles. The following article should be of some help to you:
