Districts Reverses Yellow Leaves And Falling Off

my plant has very light green leaves does not look healthy and the leaves are falling off. does not appear to be thriving and does not flower. what should I do? gets approx 4 hrs sun each day

Four hours may not be enough for flowering. Often if a plant doesn't flower, it's because of lack of sun. Also make sure the plant has adequate soil drainage and gets fertilizer at least once a year in spring.
