Q.cutting back plants in winter
Should you cut back hydrangeas, lantana, milkweed, and crepe myrtle this time of year in northwest Florida, zone 8? If not, when is the best time of year?
Milkweed can be cut back anytime after flowering. If you don't want the plant to reseed, cut the plant back and collect the seeds before they can be spread.
