Crepe Myrtle problem

Question

Red crepe myrtle….I have two trees in my garden and the leaves fall off this time every year like the fall. They turn red and that’s it. It’s July now. They should be in bloom. I used the garden safe Fungicide concentrate. Did nothing, and used it for a month. For the first eight years, they were perfect. So this has been going on for three years now. Thanks.
