Q.Crape Myrtle Problem
My crape myrtle seems to have a problem with new growth. The leaves are curling up on both sides (lengthwise) of the leaves. It has lots of new growth, but I am concerned about the leaves curling up. Is there a problem? If so, can you provide any insight?

This is typically caused by either a lack of water or a pest infestation. Make sure that the plant is getting enough water and treat the tree with a pesticide. Neem oil is good because it is organic and systemic, meaning that the plant will absorb it, so you don't need to get it everywhere on the tree in order for it to protect the whole tree.
