Q.controling grass and weeds
How can I control the grass, thistles, and weeds that grow among my tiger lilies? Can I spray any type of weed, grass killer that won’t kill the lilies? Thank you
Pulling the weeds and using mulch to suppress the weeds in the future is the safest method.
If you remove them on a regular basis before they send out seeds you can start to eliminate them.
Any weed killer, whether natural or chemical, will kill weeds but also will kill your flowers if it comes in contact. The contact can be from direct spray or from overspray.
