Collecting Nasturtium Seeds

Question

I grew nasturtiums from directing seeding for the first time this year. As fall draws to a close, I see what appear to be seed pods on the plants. Can I collect the seed pods? How long do they need to stay on the plant? Do I open the pods to collect seeds? How long should I wait?
