Q.Coffee Grounds and Gardenias
I heard coffee grounds are good for gardenias. If this is true, when, where, and how often is it appropriate to benefit the flowers?

Yes, they like the acidity that coffee grounds can add to the soil. A cup or two (depending on teh size of the plant) once every few months is fine.
