Clematis

Question

We moved into a new home with potted clematis They are climbers, they latch on to everything. They are beautiful. I have no idea how to care for them in the winter or prune them. Some plants have big red flowers 5 petals and others at pink.they have large shiny leaves Would appreciate your help
