This is copied from HortNet.com: Germination is best when the seeds are fresh. Plant your seeds in a fine seed mix in pot or a shallow tray. Sprinkle the seeds and cover with a fine layer of seed mix or a layer of fine grit. Water in seeds, cover with a plastic bag, and keep at 66-70F (19-21C) in partial shade. Once germination takes place ( few weeks) remove the plastic cover. Don’t keep the soil too wet or too dry and keep them in bright filtered light.
You will have plants in 3-4 years.
