Cherry Tree Black Flies And Maggots

Question

I spray with dormant oil as instructed on pkg. Crop looks great, till black flies attack and leaves start to curl. Then notice cherries starting to clump together (mold). Within a few days, everything has spread and cherries are rotten. How do I control the flies and mold?
