One of our young shrubs has brown edges on the leaves. The others show no sign of problems. What is this, and what can we do to hlep the plant?

Lilacs are water-loving plants. If the leaves turn brown on the edges or look limp, it may signal that it needs water. A common cause of death during the first year following planting is lack of water.
