Care for Amaryllis in South Florida

Question

I live in south Florida and I imagine the care is different and perhaps reversed. My Amaryllis plant bloomed in the winter and now new leaves keep growing. I have my plant in front of a ‘cloudy’ window in the bathroom. I forgot what that kind of window is called. It does not allow direct sun but lots of light. I would be most appreciative of any assistance you can offer to me.
