Q.Can You Provide Any Assistance With A Stone Pine Tree?
I live in zone 7a, 7b and have a Stone Pine. It was a rough winter and it has some brown, dry needles. There is some green and the branches are flexible. All bark is good, no holes or peeling bark. It is still early and I may be worrying but how can I help it recover? I provided water, mulch and worm castings! Any help would be greatly appreciated!! Thank you!

I am finding these trees are hardy to USDA zone 8, so you are on the edge. Do not do any pruning till May or June. Give it time to recover. Next winter, take more precautions such as heavily mulch before winter. Water well before winter and about once a month during the winter. Here is more on its care:
