Can You Identify This Plant?

I have this large-leaved plant in my garden which I don’t remember planting (but who knows….). It has a spiky ridge at the reverse of the leaf as in the accompanying photo. Any idea what it is?? Many thanks,

It looks like a healthy weed, possibly curly dock.
