Can you help me identify this plant? It’s taking over the flower bed of the house I recently moved into but I’m hesitant to pull it up if it’s not a weed.

This is called Liope. It is a spreading groundcover. Don't hesitate to remove sections that are crowding your other plants. One widely accepted definition of weed is any plant growing where you don't want it.
