Can Someone Advise On Growing/displaying Biblical Plants In The UK Please?

We are at the planning stage for establishing an extensive biblical exhibition in the UK. This educational centre is to include examples of biblical flora, using illustrations and where possible living plants. We would value any advice on what could be grown successfully outdoors and within a large glasshouse in our climate. Thanks
