Can Somebody Please Help Me Identify Why My Banana Leaves Are Turning Black?

Hi, about two weeks ago I planted some bananas. Many of the leaves have now blackened, with one of them seeming to die completely. Could you please help me identify what is causing this?

Bananas are susceptible to diseases. This can be made worse with thick clay soils. Fungicides will be necessary, but careful watch on the soil moisture will be needed, as well.
