Zone 91436 | Shay2n10 added on March 25, 2022 | Answered

My gardener cut my pomegranate tree all the way to the stump by accident. The tree was fruiting and very healthy. It’s was planted by my grandfather and is out only memory of him. How can I make it grow back???

As long as it was healthy, there is a good chance that it will shoot out new growth! Unfortunately, there is not much that you can do to help it along, other than provide proper care, but as long as it gets that then it may come back.

This collection of articles will help you with its care:

Likely, what you will end up with is a multi-branched tree. This will be ideal to stand up against future damage!
