Q.Can mandevilla be overwintered? In a 50-60 degree basement?

I asked this same question about hibiscus. Thank you for your reply.
I want to try to overwinter mandevillas (I’m in zone 4). Should they be pruned when taken indoors? They are potted and are quite full. Can they be wintered in a 50-60 degree basement? I don’t have any windows where they can be placed.
Thank you for your help.

This plant also won't tolerate temps under 45-50 degrees F, so your basement should be fine in that sense, however, it will need sunlight. Please check out this article for specifics:
