I have a devil’s trumpet that had aphids I sprayed it and cut it back. Now I think they have moved to my angel trumpet they in pot close in area. Can I spray neem oil extract on my angel trumpet while it is still blooming? It is full of blooms and looks healthy but I see something on it and eating it.
