Q.Can I pot up a new order of Rain Lilies, leave them outside til frost and over winter in garage. I am in southeastern Indiana
zone 5. Wondering if I need to do anything else to assure these will bloom next year. Thanking you in advance!

If you mean that you've just bought bulbs, you may want to overwinter them as instructed in this article: https://www.gardeningknowhow.com/ornamental/bulbs/lily/overwintering-lily-bulbs.htm.
If they are plants, yes, be sure to store them inside in a protected environment. They should be fine in the spring.
