Q.Can I leave my Canna lily bulbs in the ground all winter, I live in central Pennsylvania

You are in hardiness zone 6b, which is on the border. Most canna can be left in the ground zone 7 and up. You should be able to mulch over your bulbs and leave them in the ground, but if you get a heavy or pervasive frost, you could still lose them. If it were me, I think I would go ahead and dig them up just to be sure they'll be okay in spring. You might leave a few in the ground to see how they do.
