Q.Can I Cut Back And Move Peruvian Lilies Now?

They need to come out and I don’t want to lose them. They will be planted in the same type of area in the garden

You really want to wait until the plant is at the end of its season. Division is quite simple, though. Make sure to cut spent blooms a week or two before division.
