Q.Can Bromeliads Thrive In Colorado?

Zone 80301, Zone 5 | kmhausle added on November 16, 2023 | Answered

I’m looking to expand the types of house plants I have to enjoy, and need non-toxic ones because my cat eats whatever she can reach. Would bromeliads be an option for Colorado, seeing as it’s not a humid state? Thank you, ~Kathie

Since This will be an indoor plant, only the conditions inside your house will be of concern. It can be quite easy to achieve the conditions necessary indoors, though. This article will go over the basic requirements.
