Camellia doesn\\\’t bloom

Zone Washington, DC | Sarah Clark added on December 2, 2018 | Answered

I\\\'ve had a Camilla for a few years now. The first year it bloomed right about now -- pretty red blossoms. Since then, though, it just gets buds that never open. The foliage has been growing fine. I live near Washington, DC.

There are actually many reasons for this happening. This article will help you to narrow down these possibilities: https://www.gardeningknowhow.com/ornamental/flowers/camellia/camellias-wont-bloom.htm
