Camellias

Question

The five camellias in my small garden had 5 flowers in total this year.
Not many buds and the buds that appeared just shrivelled and dropped. Dynamic lifter was applied about 6 months ago. Water is always applied on regular basis. What would be the cause? Some bushes have leaves with rust colour down centre.

It sounds like they may have a rust fungus. Treat the plant with a fungicide. This article may also help:
