calla lily

Question

If the calla lily is in a plastic container from the store and the flowers and a few leaves are wilting, what do you think this could mean? We have watered it and it sits in an office all day with office lights on and we have put it in the sun for 1 day for a few hours but nothing seems to make it look better.

Any help would greatly be appreciated

Watering, either to much or to little.
Calla Lilies would like a nice sunny window to sit in.
