Bugs on My Herbs

Question

I have a few indoor herb plants: basil, parsley, sage and chives. I have many little white flying insects that seem to deposit eggs on the underside of the leaves. How do I get rid of them? I’ve tried a safer brand tomato and vegetable spray?
