Q.Bugs in my geraniums

Zone 92630 | Vcanello added on August 1, 2019 | Answered

Can you advise how to get rid of these bugs? They are killing my plant. I already cut it all a few times and it survived, but when it starts getting flowers it gets full of bugs and leaves start to show holes. I tried a spray for bugs for flowers but doesn’t seem to work. Please advise

It would appear that the insects may have caused a bacterial infection. This is bad news.

There is no real known treatment at this stage. Cutting off infected growth, and treating with fungicides can help some, but prevention is the only good way to success here.
