Q.Brown Zoysia Grass
We have zoysia grass in our yard and it is always the last in our subdivision to turn green and the first to turn brown. Right now(April) it is brown. Is there something we can do to make it really green for a longer period of time? We really don’t do anything to it other than mowing.

Unfortunately, zoysia grass is known for this in cooler areas. You can try fertilizing and de-thatching to make for a healthier lawn, which may prolong how well it performs.
