Q.Both myself and son in law have Trachelospermum…mine is perfect…vigorous and prolific flowers and many shoots to train upwards.
..my son in law has an abysmal display…his plant is more like a bush and does not send out any runners to train upwards… The photo with a white circle round is my son in laws and it is sharing an arch with a clematis that was planted to cover the bare top…the second photo is my plant lovely specimen
