Blue Spruce “elvis” Is Sick

I left for 9 days and Elvis looked fine. I come home and he looks like this. Can someone please help me figure out? What’s wrong with it? And if I can save it I live in Northeast Georgia area 8A.

Blue spruce is not recommended in zones above 7, so that may be part of the problem, too much heat and humidity. They are susceptible to several fungal diseases, which is likely the case here.
