Looking for a hardy shrub that I can look at every day but blooms blue flowers every aug sept to remember my dad that just died Any suggestions as I am clueless please Someone suggested Bluebeard heavenly Or rose of Sharon chiffon I just want a shrub that will bloom blue so I can think of dad Thankyou

Late summer to fall blooming shrubs in blue include bluebeard (Caryopteris), Rose of Sharon (Hibiscus syriacus), and blue mophead hydrangeas if you have acidic soil (hydrangea macrophylla).
