Blue-eyed grass likes soil that is moist but must also be well-draining. Soggy soil will rot the plant. If planted in full sun where summers are hot, it will need supplemental watering. Divide the plant when a decrease in vigor and bloom is evident. This may be every 2-3 years in ideal conditions. https://www.gardeningknowhow.com/ornamental/foliage/blue-eyed-grass/blue-eyed-grass-care.htm
