Blooming

Question

Last year some of my plants were cover in blooms but this year some are hardly blooming at all. What am I doing wrong? They are all in pots and outdoors. Our weather is mild year round.

Blooming can depend on the type of plant and the light conditions as well as soil nutrients and pruning.
