Q.Black Spots On Clematis Leaves

My Prince Charles clematis has black spots on most of its leaves although both leaves & flowers appear healthy. I wonder if its a fungal disease like black spot on roses in which case should I remove the leaves &/or spray it with fungicide? Also could it spread to another clematis planted nearby?
