I have had a black pussy willow bush for about 4 years and have not seen one fuzzy bud flower. the branches are growing and it is getting large but no blooms! Any suggestions would help? thanks,
Also, I planted a tiny japanese maple about same time ago and it is growing deadly slow! It is only about 4 inches tall. It looks healthy otherwise. Sue

Japanese Maple seedlings do have a high mortality rate. Some will grow a few inches a year, some maybe a foot.
