Q.Bird of Paradise
Is it true that a bird of paradise plant blooms only one time? I’m asking because I am into flower arranging and when I harvest a flower, I would always cut all the way down to ground level. Since babies grow quickly, this method keeps my garden a little organized. Should I continue this or just cut to my desired stem length and wait for a second or even a third bloom? I enclosed a picture of an arrangement I recently made.
Growing in the right condition and zone, your Bird of Paradise should produce multiple flowers.
