Q.Best time to plant Aphrodite Hardy Hibicus?-

I live in Southern New Jersey. Two hours inland from the Atlantic Ocean. Zone 4.

You can plant hardy hibiscus in spring or fall. If planting in fall, make sure you do it well ahead of the first freeze so the plant has time to get established.
