My bell peppers are nice and big and green but not making blossoms or little bell peppers. What is the problem?

There may be too much nitrogen in the soil, which leads to lush green growth but little to no blooming. Add some phosphorus rich fertilizer or bone meal to the soil to help encourage blooming and subsequent fruiting.
